What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
Prints: Print sales are final unless they arrive damaged (see below).
Original Oil Paintings: 30 day money back guarantee if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase. The artwork must be returned in the original package, undamaged. Return shipping at customer’s expense; customer must insure artwork for return.
Shipment Arrives Damaged: If your artwork arrives and the box is damaged, please contact me immediately via the website to let me know. Before opening the package you MUST PHOTOGRAPH the damaged package. You may open the package to see if the work has been damaged (hopefully it is only superficial) but if the painting or photograph is damaged please photograph the damaged artwork. NOTE: every original painting is photographed before and after it is packaged and before it is sent to you, for insurance purposes.
How will my artwork be shipped?
Prints are shipped nationwide with USPS and UPS, with price calculated by weight, quantity and size. Shipping dates range from 1-7 business days depending on distance. Customers will receive tracking number via email as soon as their product is shipped.
Paintings are shipped nationwide with USPS, UPS or FedEx, based on cart total.
Can I buy a print in a different size?
Custom orders are welcome. Please contact me via the website and I will be happy to discuss your personal needs for the artwork you envision. (e.g. If the print you love is not available in the size fitting your needs, I will give you more size options to choose from.)
Do you do commission work?
Commissions for paintings are accepted. I love working with clients to create the perfect piece, using my photo reference or yours or a combination. I work closely with you, making sure we are on the same page, having you approve my thumbnail sketch and sharing the progress of the piece part way along. This has been a very successful and enjoyable process for both me and my clients. A non-refundable deposit is required and I will work with you as I go to ensure the work I produce is what you expect. Your total satisfaction is my goal. We should all live with artwork we love.
